Fortive Corporation Service Account Manager - Japan in Yamato, Japan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving KPIs and Sales targets

  • Known to work in building a positive Sales/Operations collaborative relationship that facilitates success in assigned accounts.

  • Designing and conducting compelling conversations for management level roles.

  • Able to articulate tangible and quantifiable “value” to a customer. Presents solutions in terms that the customer will perceive as real and incremental value.

  • Uncovering potential customers' key buying influences.

  • Lead and develop compelling past performance narratives that bring forth our high value and lower the cost of new sales.

  • Helping potential customers accurately and completely analyze and assess their internal costs.

  • Lead and handle the opportunities for closing with involving an in-depth evaluation of different variables using managers and associates across multiple internal and external organizations.

  • Consistently holds high ethics and standards of conduct in today's business environment.

    Qualifications -

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling and/or delivering service solutions

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of Test & Measurement Service related to calibration/repair

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet research and industry specific software.

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time is required.

  • Observing and assessing potential customers (spoken and unspoken) concerns.

  • Possesses excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills in English and Japanese.

  • Participation and successful completion of at least one highly-recognized sales training and/or education program required.

  • Prioritize Funnel Management

  • Go-to-Market experience with Web Marketing team.

  • Software Sale Experience

  • Oracle Business Warehouse
