Fortive Corporation Marketing Specialist in Shanghai, China
The role will drive IIT department channel management and the growth of product lines of industrial instruments.
Assist in conducting market research, collect and analyze market data and industry trends for marketing decisions.
Support product managers and sales regions, and execute various marketing activities, including online and offline promotion activities, channel meetings, and promotional activities.
Assist in managing the company's channel marketing system, including the marketing asset system, Portal system, and the channel scanning system, and complete the communication with channels, scanning score redemption, and distribution of promotional gifts to improve the department's influence and the stickiness of channels.
Make marketing promotional materials such as posters, brochures, and advertising copy.
Make and sort out the marketing assets of IIT.
Assist the marketing manager in completing other related tasks.
Qualification
At least 2 years of experience in marketing functions, with proven track records in handling whole product life cycle, segment development and channel management.
English fluent preferred.
Relevant industrial experiences preferred.
Professional communication & strong influencing skills.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, quick learner.
Well-developed planning, execution and resource allocation skills.
Proven ability to recognize, motivate and develop team members.
Able to work under pressure.
University degree (minimum).
