Fortive Corporation Digitalization Project Manager in Shanghai, China
About the Role: Tektronix China Digital Transformation team covers digital enablement, innovation and transformation as it relates to China, specifically. We provide a region-specific overlay to our global strategy to serve the requirements for China team improve working efficiency and delight our customers digitally. This will include supporting commercial workflows, enterprise systems, security requirements and software delivery growth unique to China.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic China/Asia DT Project Leader to lead our digital transformation projects across the China and Asia regions. In this role, you will coordinate with various departments to align project goals and objectives with organizational strategy. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication and influence power.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital transformation projects across China and Asia regions, ensuring successful project delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to align project goals and objectives with organizational strategy.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Qualifications:
Majored in computer science, automation/software, or engineering are preferred.
People leader experience preferred, but not must-have.
Extensive domain knowledge of digital transformation and enterprise systems.
Rich experience in commercial systems deployment, not matter in-house or supplier sides. CRM/ERP showcase and/or certification of MS D365 are great proof.
Excellent English skills, with strong communication and influence power.
A minimum of 10 years of working experience in relevant fields.
