Job Summary

For this role, you will be the main point of contact for Fluke Reliabilities Transactional customer base across Northern Europe. You will have intensive phone/email contact and process both incoming and outgoing calls/emails for a specific sales region, answering queries, and motivating customers to place orders with FRS.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for contacting end-customers who have expressed interest in FRS products to further qualify them, upsell our solutions, and work with sales in, order to drive booking and sales revenue in line with given targets

You will provide direct support and work closely with the sales channels and provide a pro-active and best-in-class service to customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities are evolving around contact with customers, colleagues, and the Sales department in order to create a funnel and drive top-line business growth

  • Establish close working relationships with the regional Sales Team.

  • Support relevant Hardware, Software, Services, Accessories, and shim quotations up to $15k in value.

  • Proactively support the Regional Sales Team in customer follow-up, lead generation, and order handling.

  • Management of the recurring Product Support Agreements: customer contact, quotation, and renewals.

  • Own and coordinate inquiries inbox and opportunity allocation, follow up through Sales Force

  • Drive Service business and related RFQ’s keeping in regular contact with opportunity contacts to execute orders and ensure revenue targets are met including Calibration, Training + Warranty renewals/expansion.

  • Act as the first point of contact for direct customer queries and follow-up – manage main lines

  • Drives FRS Northern Europe sales Campaigns to increase booking/revenue and customer follow-up.

  • Complete Vendor Forms and Customer & Supplier account setup.

  • Point of contact for the Order Management team for any queries or assistance, for example, item codes/pricing attributes, CRM assistance.

  • Provide weekly and on-demand reports on Orders/ Leads/status and forecasting

  • Regional coordination of sales events, training, seminars, exhibitions, webinars & demos

  • High level of collaboration and close engagement with the customers and/or channel partners to create a personal relationship and best-in-class service.

  • Record both Customer and distribution channel feedback as VOC, and actively provide solutions.

  • Own and coordinate the specific product information and price for the regional partners.

  • Process Marketing/sales qualified Leads into Sales opportunities by contacting interested customers.

  • Hardware backlog: monitoring increased lead times, keeping in regular communication with customers

  • Logging/tracking software Licenses and shipped devices are accurately registered on the CRM System

  • Assign leads to defined Distribution channels using the Salesforce partner portal.

  • Lead and participate in Daily Management and Standard Work for designated sales region(s).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge

  • Degree in Engineering or Business (or applicable experience)

  • At least 4 years experience in inside sales/sales support roles or telesales

  • Strong customer focus and sales orientation

  • Willing and able to be in contact with customers in

  • Strong commercial attitude and performance

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.

  • Experience in CRM systems (Sales Force) and Oracle.

  • High energy and the drive to work independently – comfortable with ambiguity.
