仕事の概要

既存の顧客を管理・サポートし、直接販売または代理店・リセラーを通じて新規顧客を開拓することで、四半期および年間の販売目標を達成する。

主な内容

• 校正ラボ、品質管理部門などへの FLUKE 電気 / 温度校正器およびソフトウェアの販売活動（主に直販）

• 月次、四半期、年間販売目標（受注と収益）の達成する

• 顧客との強固な関係を開発・管理し、目標の達成する

• 機会と顧客の情報を適切に共有し、顧客の要求を適時にフィードバックする

• 顧客の満足度向上のために、顧客の問題を早期に解決する

• 顧客のニーズを理解し、それに適したソリューションを提案するための技術的な知識と能力の向上

• 週次、月次、四半期の正確な販売予測

• 地域製品の担当者として割り当てられた製品に対する責任を持つ

• 必要に応じて広範囲な移動と、勤務時間の延長

  経験 / 資格

• 成果実績

• 技術販売で 6 年以上の経験、できればテストおよび測定器の販売

• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力

• 工学または同等の学士号

  望ましいスキル

• 政府機関への販売経験

• 内部の販売ドキュメントを理解するための英語の読み書きの平均レベル、 TOEIC600 点以上

• 公共機関への販売経験
