Your Impact
Iris Power Epoxy Mica Capacitors (EMCs) are designed to detect Partial Discharge activity in motors, generators and bus without imposing on the machine’s operation or reliability in any way. Over 80,000 EMCs are in service around the world, and have accumulated a million years of reliable operation. The Sensors & Accessories Assembler is critical to ensuring our customers receive EMCs and the other sensors we provide on-time and complete with all the accessories necessary to install permanently and reliably.
· Assembles products such as all types of sensors, sensor kits, cable assemblies, instrument cases and miscellaneous components.
· Assist in inventory, testing, packaging and shipping.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
High School Education.
Basic electrical/electronic knowledge.
Use of standard tools including drill presses, hammers, grinders, cutting, routers, and experience in soldering.
Must be fluent in English.
Working Conditions:
Occasionally lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Occasionally working from heights, 6 ft ladder.
Fast paced, working towards critical deadline.
Test lab environment, warehouse, workshop. Occasionally working with 120VAC/240VAC. Occasionally working with voltage > 30kV.
