Job Description (Service Solutions Organization, Fluke Operation Manager)

We have a great opportunity for a Manager of Fluke Operation taking a lead of Fluke operation for both CSR and Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track KPIs for achievement

• Lead CSR/Technician members by communicating deeply with members

• Lead the communication with customers in case of irregular matters

• Design and conduct compelling conversations for country leader level roles

• Back up CSR/Service job in case of resource shortages

• Review and optimize Fluke services price list

• Create standard work process

• Find and collect KAIZEN ideas and lead the action with related members

• Consistently holds high ethics and standards of conduct in today's business environment

• Hear each member’s voice and take necessary action to keep their motivation high

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience of customer care services

• Minimum 3 years experience of Test & Measurement Services related to calibration/repair

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet research and industry specific software

• Possesses standard listening, verbal and written communications skills in English and Japanese

• Participation and successful completion of at least one highly-recognized sales training and/or education program

• Being neutral and humble character with respecting integrity

Preferred skill:

• Microsoft Dynamics

• Oracle Business Warehouse
