Now is your chance to make a difference. We are hiring immediately for a full time, Mechanical Assembler Painter. With a culture rooted in continuous improvement, this role is mission critical.
Your Role:
As a Mechanical Assembler Painter, you can expect to be our go-to for driving continuous improvement in the operations and assembly process. More specifically, in this role, you
Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules and regulations relevant to the position.
Comply with and follow all company policies and procedures.
Meet manufacturing timelines for all paint process steps.
Execute primer and paint processes according to standard work instructions.
Ensure high quality of work and maintain accountability for the condition of the finished product.
Familiarity with water wash exhaust filtration paint systems.
Set up and operate paint mixer, paint booth, and spray gun.
Identify and use appropriate tools for specific tasks.
Perform tasks independently with minimal support.
Interpret assembly prints, drawings, and work orders.
Provide training to less experienced painters when necessary.
Perform other assigned functions as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Will provide on the job training (OJT)
Must have the ability to understand and speak English, as well as read and write in English.
Preferred:
Industry experience
Ability to work overtime .

Hollister, CA: The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $27.81
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
