Fortive Corporation Repair Technician in Everett, Washington

As a Calibration/Repair Technician, your mission includes:

  • Perform repairs on customer instruments and discuss service issues and delays via phone, in person, and through email with customers and peers.

  • Train fellow technicians in the use of standards and procedures and be willing to work extended hours and weekends to meet customer demand.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years work experience in electronics repair; familiarity with electrical systems and Solar energy generating devices is preferred.

  1. High school graduate or equivalent. (Secondary schooling, military PMEL or TMDE training preferred)

  2. Proficiency use in intermediate-level math to solve problems and analyze data and able to interpret documents and standard work instructions

  3. Proven understanding of electrical technology and terminology and intermediate proficiency in MS Office programs.

  4. Able to work independently

  5. Experience with ISO 17025 preferred and in working in a lean manufacturing environment preferred

Everett, WA: The hourly range for this position is $25.27 - $46.88

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
