Day in the Life of a Quality & EHS Manager
As a Quality and EHS Manager, your working day will be filled with a variety of tasks that require a high level of attention to detail and strong leadership skills. You will work closely with all the Fluke departments to ensure that all requirements for ISO and EHS are met. You will do so by conducting internal audits and follow up with the responsible managers. Also, you will take the lead for the external audits and ensure that all Fluke departments are prepared and ready for these audits. You will also lead the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that the quality of incoming goods will remain constant but also evaluate quality related returned equipment for our customers
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001
Oversee the implementation of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures across all departments.
Develop and deliver training programs.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the Quality Assurance team to improve quality.
Manage the staffing and workload to effectively maintain flow for incoming inspections.

Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality and EHS management
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and processes.
Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations.
