SUMMARY

The Global Payroll Systems Analyst is a key role to support payroll systems for both payroll and time applications. This role will be part of the HR Technologies and Services Transformation Team. It’s an exciting time to be part of the team as we enable the HR organization to support the business. We are a customer obsessed, fully remote team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supports integrations between Oracle (myFortive) and payroll applications and make recommendations for improvements to provide an efficient and fully automated experience where possible.

· Support the end-user to create an exceptional employee experience through application support, training, and standard work documentation.

· First line of support for timecard administration and application access issues related to existing process breakdowns.

· Identify business process changes which increase efficiency and improve user acceptance and overall experience.

· Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements.

· Define and document end-to-end HR and Payroll system improvements based on analysis to increase the workforce and stakeholder satisfaction with our HR and Payroll technology solutions.

· Create and maintain business (standard work) documentation for the HR and Payroll teams.

· Support existing Oracle HCM to ADP Payroll and Time system integrations, assuring integration functionality and troubleshooting any issues.

· Participate in testing, document, and support business system applications changes to configuration for fixes, enhancements, and implementations.

· Makes recommendations for configuration, design, and improvements to provide an efficient and fully automated experience where possible.

· Support the end-user to create an exceptional employee experience through application support, training, and standard work documentation.

· Provide subject matter expertise for payroll and time application processes.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

· Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills.

· Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience across multiple countries across regions to support Fortive employee footprint.

· Experience working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo, and eTime (Kronos)

· Able to develop effective working relationships with various and diverse stakeholders and gain credibility and make recommendations for change.

· Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution oriented.

· Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility.

· Advanced analytical skills with ability to drive to root cause for long-term process and technology improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in related field, required.

· Minimum (3) experience in eTime or Kronos, ADP Celergo, GlobalView and other related global payroll applications.

· Minimum (3) experience in payroll process management, system implementations and integrations

· Minimum (2) years’ experience in Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology.
