Now Pruftechnik and FRS BU in China is searching for a motivated, talented, seasoned and competent Regional Sales Supervisor, responsible primarily for growing Pruftechnik business and expanding market share in North China.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

  • In charge of sales generation for assigned area/Segment, in collaboration with PT sales manager, Marketing, Service engineer and Supply Chain team.

  • Develop new customer base and generate new leads through multiple vehicles and marketing events.

  • Exploit business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets set per segment or product.

  • Conduct regular client visit and proactively promote products and services with solution selling to customers.

  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition to potential customers.

  • Work with project team to conduct site survey and prepare project proposal for clients based on customers’ requirement.

  • Negotiate quotation, tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both customer & company needs.

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, and conduct product and application training to client

  • Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support, managing & interpreting their requirements and building a strong rapport

  • 通过多管道多方式或者市场活动,积极发展新客户、建立新商机

  • 不断探索业务机会,完成指定行业/区域/产品的销售目标

  • 独立完成日常客户拜访,以顾问式销售模式,向客户推荐产品/服务打包方案、实现价值销售

  • 创造、完成有说服力的方案演示,向潜在用户呈现普卢福价值主张的独特性

  • 与客户项目团队完成前期现场需求评估,协同技术团队拟定满足用户需求的项目方案

  • 跟踪整个订单形成过程,包括报价、议价、竞标、合同条款,实现客户和公司的双赢

  • 提供售前技术支持,对客户进行产品交货/应用培训

  • 建立并维系长期的客户客情关系,解读用户需求、通过优质的服务和支持提升客户满意度

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required

  • Major in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic) or equivalent prior work experiences with laser alignment and/or condition monitoring (vibration analysis), is preferred

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record being a result-driven sales in relevant industries

  • Capability in project management / channel management.

  • Experience and understanding of rotating machinery in relevant industries, with preferred skill(s): Laser Shaft Alignment, Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis.

  • Ability to facilitate, manage, and close complex and lengthy sales cycles

  • Tenacious, charismatic, competitive, and eager to succeed

  • 本科学历,或相匹配的工作经验

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 275,700.00 - 512,100.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
