Growth Marketing Project Coordinator, Fluke Reliability

If you have a talent for managing p rojects, and identifying process gaps in workflows, we would love to speak to you . This role requires a highly organized contributor who enjoys hands-on work and the variety that comes with planning & managing logistics for global projects. The candidate will both define new, and improve existing , processes, as well as provide day-to-day management and measurement of top of funnel metrics to support the Business Development teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing complex projects from conception to completion. Additionally, the role holder should have experience acting as the liaison between the marketing team, Sales teams, internal/external clients, and vendors/agencies to produce effective timelines, deliverables, and plans.

The role holder will report to the Growth Marketing Manager who is based in the Eastern US.

Growth Marketing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify, setup, and track priorities for marketing projects in progress.

• Ensure deadlines and briefs are met and complete.

• Communicate any project updates within the project management system(s) to the respective marketing team members and any other applicable participants.

• Create, plan, and implement project timelines based on the annual, integrated , marketing planning process, and quarterly marketing planning reviews.

• Take ownership of marketing project planning, submission, setup, and deliverables. Oversee and coordinate the respective project workflows and timelines for the marketing team.

• Take ownership of marketing team ‘new joiner’ tools training , including providing user access.

• Act as the champion within FRS Marketing for the development and improvement of the overall lead handling processes and tools (Five9 and SFDC).

  Growth Marketing Project Coordinator Skills Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Coordinator or experience in project management and/or marketing.

• Bachelors Degree in related field.

• Project Management Software experience required (Asana, Trello, JIRA, etc.) .

• Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Teams, and SharePoint.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in related field.

  • Good Academic Records with > 60% marks and no gaps.
